CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:
We schedule 1/2 window appointments within our open hours
for you to drop off and pick up.
We now offer curbside drop-off and pick-up! Simply pull right up to the front doors and we will come outside and meet you!
You are, of course, welcome to come into the lobby if you prefer.
Our lobby is very small so we kindly ask that you wait outside if another client is checking in or out. We do take dogs that are not social here and our primary goal is always safety. Please keep your dog on a leash while coming in and out or on the front of our property.

We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
We offer contactless payments in addition to in-person payments.
DID YOU KNOW?
Our guests are fully cared for 365 days of the year here on the Ranch! Although the lobby is closed Saturday afternoons, Sundays, and select holidays to our human friends, we are still here and available to love and care for your babies all year long!
Our front office lobby does observe all major holidays and may be closed or have adjusted hours. Please inquire when making a reservation around a holiday.
Because we are a small, personalized business, we stay pretty full and book up quickly. We recommend you put in your booking request as soon as you can.
We do not charge a cancellation fee. We simply ask that you let us know if your plans change as soon as you can so we may offer that spot to another guest.
Our lobby observes the following holidays and will have adjusted hours or will be closed, but the babies in our care still get the same loving treatment every day, all year long!
